Description
The Wild Ventures is a VC-backed startup that builds ecommerce products and AI services — from a premium home decor brand (Wild Palace) to a B2B AI conversion suite (Creator AI, LandingCreator.ai, Alex by Creator).
The role
We're now looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with us. No fixed scope, no clear job description beyond "make things happen." Some weeks that's sales calls and pipeline. Other weeks it's financial modelling, investor decks, or helping close a hire. You'll figure it out.
This is definitely not a 9-5. It will take a lot of hustle and you should go in knowing that.
Who you are
We're looking for someone early in their career who has gone incredibly deep on AI, not as a buzzword or chatbot but with actual agents and Claude Code. You write well, you're good with numbers, and you don't need a lot of direction to get moving. A management consulting background and time at a startup would definitely be useful but not necessarily required. We care mostly about how you think and what you've shipped.
