Product Designer

Singapore, Europe | Fulltime

TL;DR

We're looking for an AI-native product designer to work directly with the founders and across several brands. We're VC-backed and scaling fast, so this is a great opportunity to join early and grow with the company. If you're a smart, hungry and creative designer looking for real impact (with equity!), this could be a career defining role for you.

About us

The Wild Ventures is a VC-backed startup that builds ecommerce products and AI services — ranging from a premium home decor brand (Wild Palace) to a B2B AI growth suite (Creator AI, LandingCreator.ai, Alex by Creator) as well as a growth and brand consultancy (thisisthewild.com).

That means one designer touches a lot of surface area: a B2B SaaS onboarding flow in the morning, a wallpaper video campaign in the afternoon.

The role

We are looking for a talented product designer who can own product interfaces and the marketing creative around them. This is deliberately a broad brief, and it only works because you are AI-native. The output we expect from one person is not achievable at traditional agency pace, so we need someone whose default reflex is to come up with the angle and then reach for the model, rather than the traditional manual process.

If you like being the only designer in the room and shipping fast across formats, you will enjoy it. If you want to specialize deeply in one discipline with a large design team around you, this is not the right seat.

You will report directly to the founders and work alongside engineering and ops.

Product design (roughly half your time)

  • Design end-to-end flows for our AI SaaS products: onboarding, dashboards, editors, billing and upgrade paths, while measuring what works and experimenting using data
  • Run UX audits and conversion work on the Wild Palace made-to-measure purchase flow
  • Build and maintain design systems that engineers can implement without hand-holding
  • Turn rough product direction into wireframes, prototypes and shipped UI

Brand and graphic design

  • Own and evolve visual identity across the portfolio, from typographically-led SaaS brands to a design-led interiors brand
  • Creative assets for product sites and agency engagements
  • Pitch decks, sales collateral, social assets and email design

Video and ad creative

  • Concept, edit and ship performance creative for platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, AppLovin, Google and LinkedIn
  • Product demo videos, feature walkthroughs and short-form social video
  • Work with the growth side on creative testing: multiple angles, hooks and formats per campaign, then iterate on what the numbers say

AI-native production

  • Use generative tools to produce ad variants, product visuals and video at a volume that manual production cannot match
  • Build repeatable pipelines rather than one-off outputs: prompt libraries, reusable templates, consistent brand-locked styling across generated assets
  • Keep evaluating what is new. The tool you use in six months probably does not exist today, and we expect you to be the one telling us about it

You are probably a fit if

  • You have 2+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows real, shipped interfaces and not just concept work
  • You can move between SaaS and consumer ecommerce without flattening both into the same house style
  • You are fluent in the traditional stack (Figma, Canva, CapCut…) and equally at home in generative tools: Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, v0 or whatever has replaced them by the time you read this
  • You know where AI output is good enough to ship and where it still looks like AI output, and you have the craft to close that gap
  • You have made ads that ran, and you can talk about what performed and why
  • You work well with ambiguity and short briefs, and you push back when the brief is wrong

Nice to have

  • Front-end literacy: enough HTML, CSS and Tailwind to spec accurately or ship small changes yourself
  • Experience designing for both B2B SaaS and DTC ecommerce
  • Motion design or 3D product visualisation
  • Photography or art direction for lifestyle and interiors

What we offer

  • Direct ownership of design across a multi-company portfolio, with no layers between you and the decision
  • Real scope to shape how the brands look and how the products work
  • Equity in a VC-backed startup

How to apply

Send your portfolio and a short note to arvid@thewildventures.com, covering two things: the piece of work you are proudest of, and how AI tools actually sit in your process today. Be specific about the tools and what they replaced. We care far more about the portfolio than the CV.
